The time flies too fast, I just know I will be a mom but now I have pregnant for 3 and half months already. This weekend I visit the doctor and doctor reports for my blood which is fine that make me glad. However, my blood is not strong enough which mean I have to take care myself for this. The doctor also give me the pill. However, I have to eat food which can give me more blood - it is the food that contain with iron. Below are the food that has iron which we can find easy in the kitchen.
1. Puk-Kud (ผักกูด)
2. Legume (ถั่วฝักยาว)
3. Puk-Wen (ผักแว่น)
4. Hed-Fang (เห็ดฟาง)
5. Sweet Chilli (พริกหวาน)
6. Bai Mang Luk (ใบแมงลัก)
7. Hot Basil (ใบกะเพรา)
8. Pak-Meg (ผักเม็ก)
9. Olive leave (ใบมะกอก)
10. Krathin (ยอดกระถิน)
Beside that will have iron in milk, red meat, liver (pork, chicken, cow), red egg, sardine fish, oyster and all peanut.
