Now I have a good news that I am pregnant for 1 and half month. I try to to take care myself....but I don't know for this time I am lazy to eat rice but it's okay that I prefer other carbohydrate such as noodle or ka nom jean (Thai language). I try to find what mom should do during pregnant. Below are some things that I found and I can do it.
1. Have a good rest (enought sleep).
2. Exercise but not too much just walk.
3. Eat healthy food...green vegetable, milk no coffee and tea.
4. Not serious try to relax.
These are a few thing that important for first early month of pregnant.
